Safe2Feel Conference
I am so excited to be speaking on “Accepting All That You Are” at the upcoming Safe2Feel Conference with some of the world’s experts.
When I realized my husband of 21 years had been living a double life, my whole existence was in question. I was experiencing betrayal trauma and with it I felt the intensity of emotions I had never endured before.
In the process of rebuilding myself, I learned that there are no bad emotions and that my responses are a way for my body to communicate with me. This was life changing because I found in honoring my emotions I was able to move from a victim to thriver.
I am passionate about educating others on the importance of feeling, naming, identifying, and managing emotions to empower us in the process of healing.
Do you feel overwhelmed, confused or even guilty for the emotions you feel?
You won’t want to miss out on this conference that uncovers ways to find joy and peace in your life. It will be held on Saturday January 20th at UVU.
This safe and FREE event is for teens, young adults and parents.
